The Registro Oficial de Licitadores y Empresas Clasificadas del Estado (also know as ROLECE) was created in application of articles 326 to 332 of the TRLCSP (Texto Refundido de la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público), Spanish Public Administration Contract Law
Companies by ROLECE inscription may deposit their qualifying information to bid; from legal personality and capacity to act to accounts books and numbers and technical experience track record. Bidders have the opportunity to register in a previous way part of the administrative required documentation that guarantees compliance with the prerequisites outlined in the tender specifications.
ROLECE is an electronic platform and both applications for registration and to obtain submission certificates will be processed online.
Catalonian Scope. Registro Electrónico de Empresas lLcitadoras (RELI)
The Registro Electrónico de Empresas Licitadoras (also know as RELI) is the Catalonian Electronic Register of Bidding Companies. RELI is an administrative, public, electronic, free and indefinite register that contains the data and documents that the company wants to enter, referring to, Legal personality and capacity to act, Representation and powers of attorney, Economic and financial standing and technical and professional standing, Authorization and administrative authorizations, depending on the activity of the company.The RELI also registers, ex officio, the data relating to Prohibition to hire and Business classification.
RELI´s inscription is mandatory from 2018 September 9th to participate in Simplified Open Procedures according to Ley 9/2017, of November 8, of the Spanish Public Administration Contract Law (LCSP)
