of the offer

Publication of the call for tender with the aforementioned conditions of participation and the schedule for submitting tenders. 

Submission
of tenders

All tenders must be submitted during the established period and must meet all the requirements indicated in the tender.

Awarding
the contract 

From all the tenders submitted, and following a comparative evaluation, the bid which is deemed to be the most suitable, based on the Evaluation Criteria established in the Tender Document, is selected.

Formalization
of the contract

After selecting the most suitable bid for the tender, the formalization of the contract is carried out in a timely manner.
